myguideTravel Restructuring New Management Team |

Skibbereen, County Cork based myguideTravel has announced the final phase of integration following the merger of myguideTravel and Boston based Crystal travel and tours Inc and the subsequent acquisition of Glasgow based Scotsell holidays.
The announcement introduces a new management team who will primarily focus on further growing the successful core myguideIreland and myguideBritain brands.
myguideScotland will be operated as a division of myguideBritain.
Cormac O’Neill, formerly CFO, will serve as CEO and member of the board of myguideTravel and will be supported by Joan O’Connell who will head up the myguideIreland division and Seamus White who will head up group Marketing and Sales.
Former CEO and founder Conor B. Buckley will serve as a non-Executive director of the company. Conor will remain in active contact with the management team of the company while pursuing another exciting venture in a personal capacity. Jim Kelly will remain as both a non-Executive director and president of the company and will be actively involved through our Boston office, while
Dan Byrne, a former VP at Apple Inc will continue as Chairman and non-executive director.
In a statement Cormac O’Neill said "this is a very exciting time for the company as we exploit the synergies created by the combination of 3 very successful companies and I look forward to accelerated growth in 2008 and 2009".
